This is my personal games selection for MegaCD. This page may be updated from time to time.
I also share any reason to get a specific version or to apply a patch (hack). I use only NTSC games to play in 60Hz (My MegaCD has a region free NTSC-U bios)

| Keio Flying Squadron | Shoot 'em up | No | A very rare and charming "cute 'em up" with high-quality anime cutscenes. |
| Popful Mail | Adventure, RPG | Yes | Working Designs localized this gem; features massive amounts of voiced dialogue and battery save. |
| Road Avenger | Action / FMV | No | One of the best FMV "QTE" games. High-energy anime intro and responsive controls. |
